Yamaha OEM Water Pump Solution

For all my friends that are flying with a Yamaha engine that are concerned with OEM water pump failures. I messaged Steve Henry, pilot of the "Hee Haw" STOL airplane. He is using the 3 cyl. Yamaha. My friend Kurt Carlsen spoke with him at Air Venture. Steve is using two electric water pumps in line, one for back up one as the primary. He has taken the impeller of the shaft of the OEM pump and simply put it back together.

He told me that the pumps are made by Davies Craig. He did not have the model number. Hopefully, he will give me more detail on the model number. I do not know what the OEM pump flow rate is?
